Marketing Project Manager
As we continue to grow and become the leader in sustainable surface design materials, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving our marketing initiatives, overseeing project execution, and maximising our brand’s visibility in the market. Your expertise in marketing and project management will play a crucial role in achieving our company’s objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with the company’s goals and target audience. Ensure messaging and branding consistency across all channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimise results.
- Establish clear project timelines, milestones, and budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and within-scope project delivery.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Coordinate the company’s participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Develop strategies to maximise brand exposure and lead generation during these events, working closely with the sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with designers to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and videos, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and messaging.
- Oversee content creation for the website, blog posts, and other digital platforms, ensuring engaging, informative, and search engine optimized content.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Utilise insights to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing KPIs and present them to the management team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for marketing strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing including a range of relevant functions. Familiarity with the full spectrum of marketing activities.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English (C1 level).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Deep understanding of the topic of sustainability.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing digital marketing, possibly with some graphic design skills (working alongside designers).
- Ability to balance priorities across multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Business sense and a commercial mindset.
